Jill and Chris met in 2016 after Jill’s sister and brother-in-law introduced them. They quickly formed a meaningful connection. Early in their relationship, Jill met Chris’s two young children at her nephew’s first birthday party—a moment she says changed everything.

From that moment on, they built not only a relationship but also a loving blended family. In 2024, after an emotional IVF journey, they welcomed their daughter, Evie, completing the family they had always dreamed of. During that same season, they exchanged vows in a small courthouse ceremony surrounded by their closest loved ones.

Although they were already married, they chose to wait two years before hosting the wedding celebration they had always envisioned. In April 2026, they finally celebrated with family and friends after nearly a decade of love, resilience, and building a beautiful life together.

Their wedding wasn’t just about saying “I do.” It celebrated family, perseverance, and a love story that was truly worth the wait.

For their long-awaited celebration, Jill and Chris chose The Riverview in Weatogue, Connecticut. Its elegant ballroom and breathtaking views of the Farmington River created the warm, welcoming atmosphere they envisioned from the beginning.

Every detail reflected their desire to bring family and friends together in a timeless setting. The venue provided the perfect backdrop for celebrating not only their marriage but also the journey that led them there.

Getting ready together became one of the most meaningful parts of the wedding morning.
