When booking any vendor for your wedding, there are several questions you want to cover before making your final choice. We know it’s a big decision and full transparency is always our policy. Each wedding season allows us to grow and help our clients achieve their most confident self. We want to cover all the common questions our clients ask when booking their beauty services with us!
When should my artist arrive if I need to be ready by a certain time?
Pressure is off, we’ll figure that out for you! All you have to do is let us know what time you need to be ready. Taking into account travel and photos, we will always have you ready by the time you provide us. We’ll create a timeline of everyone having their hair and makeup done so you will know exactly when our team will arrive, and everyone can prepare for their time slot!
How soon should I book my trial?
You should have your trial booked as soon as possible to ensure our artists have time in their schedule. We recommend choosing a date such as your engagement photos or a night you want to go out to show off your professional hair and makeup!
What does my deposit cover?
Your deposit covers your trial in full. The remainder goes towards the cost of your services day of. Your date and artists are only 100% guaranteed with a signed contract and a deposit. They are in high demand and many own their own businesses so the sooner your date is on their calendar the better!
