Our covid brides will forever hold a special place in our hearts! 2020 was insane, and getting to provide brides with hair and makeup on a day that looked much different than they imagined was a true gift. Meet one of those brides (that planned the cutest covid microwedding), Brittany!

Brittany, like a lot of brides that come to us, was looking for an extremely simple, natural bridal makeup look. This is one of our most common requests, especially for brides that really don’t wear a lot of makeup on the regular. These brides are usually nervous about wearing a lot of makeup for their wedding day in fear that they won’t look like themselves. Sometimes they’re so worried about this that they won’t book a makeup artist at all for their big day! (Tragedy!)

This is where we truly shine though! First, just because a look is “simple” or “natural” doesn’t mean that it actually requires less makeup! Simple and natural bridal makeup still has to be high quality, photo-ready, and last all through day and night. There is an art to applying it well!

Second, our job is ALWAYS (“simple and natural” or not) to enhance your natural features, not make you look like someone else entirely.
